Celtic Witches are witches from Ireland who are very different from the witches of the County. They work together with the goat mages of Ireland sometimes and never form clans. Some Celtic Witches produce children with undead beings called keepers. They worship the Old God Morrigan, otherwise known as the Goddess of Slaughter. Celtic Witches never form clans or covens. Instead, they work alone.

Celtic Witches are capable of magically entering burial mounds to take refuge there. They are very dangerous with blades and spears, often impaleing their victims so they slowly die of blood loss. A Celtic witch's favorite method of killing is to mimic a banshee's appearance. The witch wears a burial shroud, before using dark magic to twist the heart and arteries of their chosen victim.
